Sam graduated from the University of the Fraser Valley in 2020 with a Health and Human Services Certificate. He completed his education in 2024 with a Bachelor of Kinesiology, specializing in Exercise Science.
With a passion for active rehab, he designs and progresses exercise programs to help clients return to their daily activities and prevent re-injury. Outside of work, Sam enjoys volunteering with a number of different sports programs where he participates through coaching and assisting in injury assessment and taping.
